Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover your use of the Sea Bath mobile app ("the App"), offered by Hello Leslie Creative ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Who can use Sea Bath

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live) to use the App. If you're under 18, please use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

Some parts of the App require an account, which you can create with Sign in with Apple, Google, or another method we offer. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure. You can delete your account at any time from the App's account settings. Deleting your account removes the account information we store, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions, free trials, and billing

Sea Bath is offered through auto-renewing subscriptions, available monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.

  • Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm your purchase, or when a free trial ends.
  • Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until the trial ends. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you'll be charged the price shown. Free trials are available once per person.
  • Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings (iPhone) or Google Play subscriptions (Android). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription by itself.
  • Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies. We can't issue refunds directly.
  • Price changes. If a price changes, Apple or Google will notify you as their rules require before the new price applies.

4. Your content

Anything you write or save in the App stays yours. Some content is stored only on your device, so keep your device backed up if you want to keep it. We aren't responsible for content lost when a device is lost, reset, or replaced.

5. Using the App respectfully

Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or its content, try to get around its security or subscription checks, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

6. Our content

The App, including its design, writing, images, audio, and other content, belongs to Hello Leslie Creative or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

7. Wellness, not medical advice

Sea Bath is designed for relaxation, reflection, and general well-being. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it isn't a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you're in crisis or think you may have an emergency, contact local emergency services right away.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change, or stop offering parts of the App over time. We may update these Terms too; when we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the App after an update, you accept the new Terms.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hello Leslie Creative won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Ending access

You can stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously broken.

11. Apple and Google

These Terms are between you and Hello Leslie Creative, not Apple or Google. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Google Play purchases are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
