What I collect, in plain English.
Short version: an email and first name if you create a Sea Bath account, and newsletter email only if you opt in. If you join the launch list, your name and email go to my email provider, Flodesk, for launch news and occasional updates. This website uses Google Analytics cookies only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Your information is never sold or shared for advertising. Last updated October 30, 2026.
Who I am
This website (seabath.app) and Sea Bath are run by Leslieann, trading as Ellise Luxxe Consulting® LLC (Hello Leslie Creative) in New Jersey, United States. You can reach me any time at hello@hellolesliecreative.com.
This website
This website, seabath.app, shares information about the Sea Bath app. It has no accounts and no advertising. If you email me, I use your email address and message only to reply to you.
If you join the Sea Bath launch list on the home page, the name and email address you enter go to my email provider, Flodesk (Flodesk, Inc.). I use them only to send you Sea Bath launch news and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe any time with the link in every email. You can read how Flodesk handles this information in Flodesk’s Privacy Policy.
The signup form itself is loaded from Flodesk’s servers, so when you open the home page your browser connects to Flodesk, which receives standard request information such as your IP address and browser type.
Analytics, cookies and hosting
This website uses Google Analytics, a service from Google LLC, to understand how people find and use the site. It only runs if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Until you do, Google Analytics is not loaded, sets no cookies and receives nothing from your visit.
If you accept, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, your approximate location (city or country), your device and browser type, and the site or link that brought you here. It sets its own cookies, such as _ga and _ga_WEVE6Y343L, to tell visits apart. It never receives your name or email. Advertising features are switched off, and nothing from Google Analytics is used for advertising.
Your choice is saved in your own browser, so you aren’t asked on every page. You can change your mind any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you decline after accepting, the site stops sending analytics and removes its Google Analytics cookies.
You can read how Google handles this information in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can also block Google Analytics on every website with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser type.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser (user agent) information, for security and reliability.
Sea Bath (the mobile app)
Sea Bath is a paid subscription app. Here is what it handles and where it goes.
- Account. To use Sea Bath you create an account with Sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password. I store your email address and, if you share it, your first name, plus whether you opted into the newsletter. Sign-in is handled by Apple, Google, or our account provider (Supabase). Journal entries and other private writing stay on your phone and are not uploaded to my servers.
- Newsletter. The newsletter box starts unticked. Only if you opt in do I use your email (and name, if you gave one) for Hello Leslie Creative email. You can change that in the app or unsubscribe from any email.
- Subscriptions and payments. Purchases and free trials go through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google process payment. We use RevenueCat to confirm your subscription status across your devices. We do not see your full card number.
- On-device lock. If you turn on Face ID or fingerprint unlock, that stays on your device. We never receive your biometric data.
- Location on your phone. Optional features that need a home or nearby place keep that location on your device. It is not sent to me for those features.
- Local information you request. If you ask for local info that needs a place you choose, those coordinates are sent only to fulfill that request, then not kept as a profile about you.
- Apple Health (iPhone, optional). If you allow it, Sea Bath can save mindful minutes for sessions you complete. Sea Bath does not read your other Health data.
- Wallet passes (optional). If you save a pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, Apple or Google store that pass under your account with them.
- Notifications. Optional reminders use your device’s notification system. We do not sell notification data.
Deleting the app removes what was stored only on that phone. It does not cancel a subscription by itself, and it does not delete your account on its own.
Deleting your Sea Bath account
You can delete your account from Sea Bath’s account settings. That removes the account information we store (email, name, newsletter preference) and revokes Sign in with Apple access where Apple requires it. To ask for deletion without the app, email hello@hellolesliecreative.com from the address on the account.
Cancelling a subscription is done in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Children
Neither the site nor Sea Bath is directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also email me and ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it entirely, and I will. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, those requests are your right under law, and I honour them regardless of where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes in any way that matters, I will update the date at the top of this page.
